In less than a year, alongside working full-time at a crypto exchange, I built a community of 600 members in Web3. I organized the first-ever Women in Web3 Global Summit in Davos during the WEF 2024. We sold out by 130%! I’m featured in several media outlets, including Forbes.

But it hasn't always been a smooth ride.

​

In 2019, after 15 years of professional experience in finance and despite having a high-paying job, I was struggling to get inspired, to find my calling, and to figure out my next steps. I longed for a job where I could be passionate. I was eager to find an industry that moved and inspired me. I was stuck, confused, and lacked purpose in my life.

​

Don’t get me wrong. I enjoyed very much the thrill of the trading floor and the wonderful world of derivatives structuring. Over the years though, an increasingly loud question was resonating in my head: 'What is the impact of my work on this world? What am I bringing to society?'

​

My first introduction to crypto was in 2016, when I helped structure the world’s first Bitcoin certificate while at the bank. However, I didn’t become professionally involved in crypto until 2021.

​

Since then, crypto, and now Web3, have become for me the ultimate tools to empower the underdog and open pathways to wealth and financial independence.

 

The revolutionary concept introduced by Bitcoin, a peer-to-peer payment system that eliminates middlemen, along with all the subsequent financial innovations, is mind-blowing. Indeed, activities like fundraising, participating in early-stage investments, and lending and borrowing, to mention a few, have never been more accessible.

Additionally, Web3 is a much more open-minded industry compared to finance and trading. Decision makers tend to be young, brilliant, and genuinely embracing diversity. It’s the first time I feel I belong rather than being merely tolerated.

Today, I help people at pivotal points in their careers enter Web3. Having spent tens of thousands of hours immersing myself in Web3, I've developed a shortcut for those eager to enter this space in the most efficient and effective way possible.

I bring 20 years of combined experience in stock analysis, derivatives structuring, and crypto trading, 10 of which were spent in leadership and management roles. My approach combines focused learning, strategic networking, and practical experience, all tailored to accelerate your journey into Web3.
